Your booking will lapse if no deposit is received in our bank account within 21 days of receipt of your booking,
without the need for any further notification on our part.

The total amount due for the hire of a holiday home needs to be transferred to us no later than 6 weeks
before the commencement of the hire period. The total amount due for a camping plot is payable upon arrival at the camp site.

Cancellation
We are only able to deal with written requests for cancellation. The following conditions will result in charges becoming payable:
Ÿ 25% of the total amount up to 8 weeks before the commencement of the booked period.
Ÿ 75% of the total amount up to 4 weeks before the commencement of the booked period
Ÿ We are entitled to charge the entire amount from the 4th week before the commencement of the booked period

We advise all our visitors to take out cancellation insurance.
We are not able to give any refunds of owing hire charges in connection to late arrivals or early departures.

The plots / holiday homes are available from 1 pm on the day of your arrival. Unless we have received notification to the contrary,
your plot / holiday home will remain booked for you for 24 hours. We will then be entitled to hire it out again.
Your plot / holiday home needs to be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure.
